Once they had arrived upon the hilltop, the Paracca Ladies were speechless: this was the place they had always dreamed of to build a large and comfortable farmhouse where they could live together with their family, friends and their much adored animals.

It was the Summer of 1792 when, for the first time, the Paracca Ladies invited their guests to a banquet in their farmyard. Music and dancing, wine in abundance, crispy bread ready in the oven. A memorable event that lasted till dawn. Still today, after two hundred years, unaltered in its sober and refined style, immersed in the rural serenity, "La Paracca" renews its vocation of creative hospitality kept alive by Dada in love, just as the Paracca Ladies were, with their house and grounds.
